Regus is set to open lots of new locations all across the UK, signalling the start of an exciting year for the franchise.

B2B franchise Regus is set to open many new centres this year, as parent brand IWG celebrates the four new franchise partners that have come on board. Kash Group of Companies, AMA Workspaces Limited, SME Group Plc and Q-Boid Limited have all entered into franchise agreements that will see them open more than 30 centres across the UK, giving freelance professionals and remote workers a better place to work.

MD of Q-Boid Limited, Nadim Choudary, said that the company was attracted to IWG’s “great business model and growth plan”, while Kash Jaffar of Kash Group found “the huge potential in the flexible working sector” very appealing.

AMA Workspaces Limited is no stranger to the franchise industry, as it operates several Anytime Fitness Franchises across the South and South East of the country and is thrilled to be investing in a new sector. Director David Bell commented on the exciting new franchise partnership.

“IWG is a market leader with a great franchise model. It is the number one global brand with unparalleled brand recognition. We look forward to partnering with IWG and being part of the workspace revolution.”

Finally, SME Group Plc, which has 35 years’ experience operating franchised sites in the hospitality, restaurant and beverage sector, said it will benefit from IWG and Regus’ “comprehensive franchise model” and “excellent support”.

Julia Chambers, Head of UK Franchising at parent company IWG, explained why its franchise opportunity is so exciting.

“Partnering with IWG gives business owners the ability to participate in this growth story. Projections show that 30 percent of corporate real estate could be flexible workspace by 2030, up from 2 percent today. This makes the serviced office market one of the most exciting growth markets in the whole of the UK. The benefits of using flexible workspace are clear: from diversifying revenue and enhancing property value to capturing new demand. Helping businesses capitalise on this, we have one of the UK’s leading franchise teams in place to manage our strong growth ambitions.”
