Jason Hoffman has a background in recruitment and management, and he’s thrilled to be expanding the franchise’s network in the South as Radfield’s newest franchise partner.

According to the home care franchise, Jason was the perfect fit for Radfield for multiple reasons. For one, his impressive business background and gathered professional acumen equip him to thrive as a franchisee. For two, his values match up with Radfield’s. As the franchise explained it, “Radfield Home Care puts a lot of emphasis on the family values the company was founded on and with this comes championing client satisfaction and making Care Professionals feel valued and supported. These values align perfectly with Jason’s own goals and aspirations.”

Of his investment in/plans for Radfield Fareham, Jason said, “I have family and friends involved in the care sector, which has given me some insight into the difficulties in the industry. I’ve also seen the amazing people giving care and the difference that they make every day to people’s lives. There is a lack of appreciation and understanding in general of the vital role that Care Professionals provide in the community. One of my goals is to develop a better understanding of this in my community, so that they are seen as the skilled professionals that they are.

Radfield Franchisor and Founder Hannah MacKechnie welcomed Jason to the franchise family with delight, saying, “His experience in recruitment and business development puts him in a fantastic position to overcome some of the challenges facing the care industry and establish an exceptional home care business in the Fareham area.” In the care industry, Jason realised, he “could make a difference to [his] community rather than achieving what was increasingly feeling like superficial success in the more corporate background that [he] was part of”.

If you feel the same, and you’d love to make a change with a people-focused caregiving franchise like Radfield Home Care, you can become a franchisee for a minimum initial investment of £30,000, with a total investment cost of £95,000.
