Radfield Home Care’s new franchise support manager will continue to enhance and develop the firm’s fantastic support systems.
In what’s already been a successful year for Radfield Home Care, after scooping a 2018 Home Care Awards accolade, the home care franchise has appointed a new senior member of staff.
Vikki Donachie, who has over ten years’ experience in the home care sector and franchising, will become the firm’s new franchise support manager, and she hopes to use her expertise to take Radfield to new heights of success.
In her role as franchise support manager, she will continually work to improve and streamline the multi-award-winning firm’s support system for franchisees. By offering one-to-one support to its expanding network of partners, Radfield can ensure everyone feels looked after and is able to make their franchise the best it can be.
Vikki expressed how pleased she was to be taking on this new role.
“I am delighted to have joined Radfield Home Care. After beginning my career in recruitment, I have spent many years in the home care franchise sector and am looking forward to sharing my experience with the network of franchise partners”.
Vikki explained how her position is designed to help those in need within the business.
“I will be the first port of call for all franchise partners; answering any questions they may have, supporting them through challenges they may face and celebrating success with them as they grow their businesses. With the full support team behind me, I will be working to help partners seek the advice they need as efficiently as possible. Having one main contact will reduce admin time for franchise partners, helping the entire network grow.”
Although the home care company has only been franchising for two years, it has had fantastic success so far. Hannah MacKechnie, co-founder and GP, explains how she was inspired to begin franchising after growing up in her parents’ Radfield Residential Home.
She says, “My brother, Alex and I grew up in Radfield Residential Home, the original Radfield healthcare business owned by our parents. This lifetime of experience has meant we have witnessed and overcome most of the challenges the sector can present. Twinned with the professional knowledge of our growing support team, this means we are fantastically positioned to help our franchise partners flourish in the growing sector.”
As the percentage of the UK’s over 65s is expected to rise considerably over the next 25 years, the home care market is set to benefit. Radfield Home Care is continually seeking new franchisees who are passionate about quality care for the elderly and vulnerable.
