Radfield Home Care hosted a successful Franchise Forum event which saw franchisees and industry professionals come together to share their expertise.
Radfield Home Care has been reflecting on yet another successful Franchise Forum event, which allowed its franchisees and head office staff a chance to discuss developments in the business.
There was an exciting reveal from the home care franchise’s support team, who have recently moved into Radfield’s new National Office. They unveiled the new Radfield Management System, as well as showing off its brand-new healthcare management technology and going over Radfield’s business development strategy.
Franchisees also got the chance to talk to legal professionals about the tricky issue of HR. They picked up some great tips on how to recruit quality healthcare staff and how to ensure they retain them for long periods of time. Franchisees were also able to share their experiences and best practice with one another, making it an invaluable networking event for all who attended.
Franchisor, Dr Hannah MacKechnie, commented on the incredible benefits of discussing new developments with the company’s network of franchisees.
“One of the biggest benefits of being a part of a franchise is learning from the wider network, and our role as franchisor is to encourage and support communication amongst all stakeholders. These shared learnings help franchise partners grow within their local territories, but also gives us, as a franchisor, a clear opportunity to listen to their struggles and strengths, then develop our systems accordingly. A lot of the discussions and announcements during this latest forum were the result of the shared conversations from our last event - and I expect our next forum to be similar.”
Radfield is now planning to host another event like this in the second half of the year, enabling its franchisees to meet up on a more regular basis to help take their businesses to the next level.
