Radfield Home Care sees unprecedented growth

Radfield Home Care’s Liverpool North franchise has grown a massive 15% faster than expected since opening six months ago.
Radfield Home Care has been celebrating yet another one of its franchisees’ success stories. After just 6 months of trading, Liverpool North franchisee Dave Bellis is gaining unstoppable momentum.
He’s 15% ahead of his already ambitious projections for the year, which is no surprise considering Bellis had staff and clients lined up before he even officially launched his franchise. Setting up business in January 2018, in his first three months Bellis managed to triple his projections and with his current performance, he could manage a truly record-breaking year for the home care franchise.
Bellis says he’s delighted to be part of Radfield Home Care. “It has been a fantastic journey so far with Radfield. In my first two months I was already significantly ahead of where I should have been, and in my third month trading I was just shy of providing three times what I was projected. I have just completed my sixth month and have now plateaued at around 15% above where I should be - a healthy margin that I never really expected to achieve and is hopefully sustainable in the months to come.”
He decided to set up his own home care franchise after struggling to find suitable care when his parents were diagnosed with dementia, that was high quality and centred around the individual. His team at Radfield Home Care Liverpool North is now filling that gap in the market, providing over 100 hours of dignity and independence preserving care to the community every week, which Bellis admits is more than he’d expected at such an early stage in the business.
Bellis’ tale follows on from numerous other Radfield franchise success stories, proving the home care franchise’s model can deliver impressive results while providing compassionate care in the community.
Dr Hannah MacKechnie, GP and Radfield Home Care founder and franchisor, believes the quality and commitment of its franchisees has made the business the success it is. “We spent many years fine tuning the Radfield model and navigating the challenges the industry can generate to make sure we could support our franchise partners through anything thrown at them, but the passion our franchise partners demonstrate for providing quality-led care services is just as pivotal to their success. We have only been franchising for two years and to have such a strong network of franchise partners already winning awards and outperforming their projections is fantastic to see. We set out in franchising to support people who wanted to create a rewarding business, so to see the model in action helping budding entrepreneurs achieve this is great to witness.”
Radfield Home Care is one of the UK’s most celebrated new home care providers and is continuing to expand, bringing expert care to more areas of the country.
