Radfield Home Care Milton Keynes is on the lookout for skilled and compassionate workers to join its team of carers.
At a time when healthcare and social interaction is more important than ever - particularly among the elderly population - Radfield Home Care is expanding its workforce.
The home care franchise is recruiting staff members across a range of departments, but one of its most important openings is for a Project Manager in its live-in care division. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing new revenue streams across the franchise during a one-year fixed contract term with the option of a six-month extension.
Radfield Home Care is calling out to people who are familiar with live-in domiciliary care and the regulations surrounding it, and have expertise in managing new revenue streams. It’s also particularly looking for people with great communication skills, computer literacy, a driving licence and the ability to take the right course of action when faced with difficult decisions.
The franchise is also in the process of recruiting male carers to support one of its clients. The role could be limited to just a few hours per week and doesn’t require any experience, so it’s perfect for those who have some extra time at the moment.
One of the Milton Keynes franchise’s owners, Rebecca, described Radfield Home Care’s role in the community:
"Between us, we have over 20 years of experience in this sector and we are extremely passionate about what we do. We provide support with meal times, day-to-day living, companionship, support with personal care, shopping, you name it.”
She appealed to anyone who would like to give back to vulnerable people in their local area:
"We might be the only people these clients might see all day and now more than ever we need to support our elderly community."
