Radfield Home Care is celebrating the opening of its brand-new support office that will allow it to offer even more support to its franchisees.
Radfield Home Care has experienced impressive growth in the last few years as new, ambitious individuals have joined the franchise. In order to keep up with the needs of its ever-growing franchise network and increasing franchise support team, the home care franchise has moved into its new national support office.
Based in Shrewsbury, Shropshire, the brand-new premises will serve as Radfield’s central hub, where training, support meetings, management, one-to-one meetings and monthly franchise Discovery Days can all be held. After making it down to the finalist stage of the BFA Emerging Franchisor of the Year award, the franchise is now making preparations for its anticipated future growth.
Dr Hannah MacKechnie, founder and franchisor, commented on the newly opened support office.
“We had a fantastic first two years recruiting and supporting our first franchise partners, and the new National Support Office is both the culmination of our success to date, and the foundation for our future development and growth. It provides an environment where the entire support team can work collaboratively together, franchise partners can attend training sessions and forums, and those eager to join the network can come to attend our franchise Discovery Days and meetings to gain an insight into the Radfield business model, opportunity and culture. We are really excited for the opportunity the new location presents us and are eager for our franchise partners to reap the benefits in the coming weeks, months and years ahead!”
Despite the fact that the relocation of Radfield’s support system has only just been finalised, the franchise has already seen the benefits. Its monthly prospective franchisee Discovery Day programme is shaping up to be popular, its care management technology has benefitted from an upgrade and it’s even managed to host the largest ever franchise partner forum in Radfield’s history.
