Radfield Home Care Launch Discover Days

Potential franchisees will have the opportunity to learn about joining Radfield Home Care by attending a Discovery Day.

As one of the UK’s top franchisees, Radfield Home Care is offering budding entrepreneurs the chance to discover more about its rewarding and ethical franchise opportunities by attending one of its Franchise Discover Day events.

The purpose of the events will be to educate potential franchisees about the benefits of joining the award-winning franchise. Attendees will have the chance to learn more about the community-based home industry and what it’s like to be a Radfield Home Care franchisee on a day-to-day basis.

Dr Hannah MacKechnie, franchisor and qualified GP spoke about the idea behind the Discovery Day events in more detail: “The Radfield Home Care model was developed for over eight years before we launched the franchise opportunity in 2016 and, because of high level of experience, we have grown to ten branches in little over 18 months. Now, to help support the high number of enquiries we are attracting, we have introduced the Discovery Days to bring the Radfield opportunity to them and them to get a real insight in the financial and moral rewards possible in the sector.”

Dr MacKechnie has been working with Radfield Home Care’s franchise recruitment and support teams to ensure that the information discussed at the Discovery Days is extremely useful and goes deeper than what potential franchisees may already know from their own research.

The first event is taking place on 10th July in London but due to the popularity of Discovery Days, there will be many other events throughout the country in coming months. Each one has capacity for a maximum of 10 potential franchisees to allow for plenty of one-to-one time. They will all leave with a bespoke action plan too helping them to feel supported by Radfield Home Care from the get go.
