Radfield Home Care met potential new franchisees at the National Franchise Exhibition in Birmingham.
Radfield Home Care continued its hunt for new, talented franchisees when it attended the National Franchise Exhibition at Birmingham’s NEC last weekend.
Director and co-founder, Dr Hannah MacKechnie, and successful franchise partner, Jennie Bardrick, met plenty of attendees at the exhibition who were keen to find out more about how opening their own Radfield Home Care franchise would benefit them. As well as chatting with attendees to answer their specific questions, the franchise took part in a number of seminars across the two days, including one that allowed Bardrick to tell the real story of her franchising journey.
MacKechnie outlined why she decided to take the home care franchise to the exhibition, saying:
“Buying a franchise can be a large financial decision and is quite often the first time many people have owned their own business. As a result, we strive to make the franchise exhibitions as educational as possible to those attending by hosting and taking part in a number of seminars across the weekend.”
She added that the information available to potential franchisees covered all aspects of franchising with Radfield Home Caref and the wider healthcare sector so that they could make the right decision.
“[The information] focuses on business growth, benefits of franchising, benefits of the home care sector and will help attendees identify a suitable franchise opportunity.”
Radfield has had previous success at franchise exhibitions, managing to entice ambitious and driven professionals to join its innovative and ethical network. Since it was established in 2008, Radfield Home Care has continued to provide professional, personal and friendly care services to elderly people across the country. It was the very first healthcare company in the UK to become a Certified B Corp, indicating it’s a care company that truly care for its people.
