Radfield Home Care solidifies its reputation as an ethical and reputable franchise with BFA stamp of approval

Radfield Home Care had been awarded the prestigious Associate membership of the British Franchise Association (BFA). The BFA has the UK’s only recognised code of ethical practice and to become a member a franchise must show that it meets tough criteria regarding its business model and financial stability. Already certified as an ethical B Corporation (the only UK healthcare franchise to have currently achieved this), this widely recognised stamp of approval from the BFA will boost the home care franchise’s credibility even more.

Hannah MacKechnie, Director of Radfield Home Care, explained what this achievement means to the company.

“We have a strong emphasis on high quality and ethical business and achieving BFA Associate membership is another highly regarded accreditation to recognise this.”

She added that, as the franchise started life as a family run business its core values of integrity and honesty have been preserved, resulting in the BFA membership.

“We are focussed on providing not only our franchise partners, but all Radfield staff and clients with high quality support that helps them develop and achieve their goals. However, Associate membership also recognises Radfield’s tried and tested business model’s financial and economical viability - highlighting the strong business opportunity the home care sector and Radfield can provide for those looking for a business that can give something back to their local community.”

Founded in 2008, Radfield Home Care provides dignified care across the UK, ensuring that the elderly and vulnerable in each community are cared for in a compassionate manner. It’s not just focused on profit, prioritising the wellbeing of its staff and franchisees over financials in a way that still delivers healthy returns for its partners.
