Radfield Home Care is preparing for one of the biggest nights in the franchising calendar as it hopes to claim a prestigious award.
Radfield Home Care is looking ahead to one of the most exciting evenings in the world of franchising, hoping that it will be recognised for the quality of its business model.
The bfa HSBC Franchise Awards will be held on the 27th of June and will see the brightest and best franchise brands from across the globe battle it out for a handful of prestigious awards.
Home care franchise Radfield Home Care is a finalist in the Emerging Franchisor of the Year category, which recognises new franchises that have made a big impact on the industry already. Although it’s hoping to walk away with the title, franchisor Hannah MacKechnie is incredibly proud that Radfield has even been shortlisted.
“Although we have years of experience within the sector, we only launched the franchise opportunity towards the end of 2016 and to be recognised at such major awards really highlights our focus on developing a truly supportive and realistic franchise opportunity.”
She explained just how much herself and the team put in to ensuring Radfield’s franchise opportunity was fully developed and would give franchisees the best possible chance at success.
“We spent over eight years preparing the home care model for franchising to ensure it was financially, socially and commercially viable in different areas of the country, which took a lot of time and resource. However, this award just highlights that period of development was well worth it and that we now provide a robust, tried and tested business model for our franchise partners. A key factor within our model is our focus on developing as strong support systems as possible, which means our franchise support team is critical to our franchise partners’ success. As a result, we will all be at the awards ceremony to celebrate this major franchise recognition.”
