Radfield Home Care is continuing to expand its presence across the UK with another northern location.

Radfield Home Care’s rapid expansion isn’t showing any signs of slowing down as it continues to welcome new franchisees to the business. Recently, its operations across Northern England have been growing, with the opening of yet another Yorkshire-based franchise.

Jackie and Mark Gillen will be operating a branch of the home care franchise in the Wakefield and Dewsbury territories. With more than 40 years of experience in the social and supported housing sector, the husband and wife duo will make a fantastic addition to Radfield’s network, thanks to their in-depth understanding of older people’s care needs. And, as the demand for excellent home care services in the area rises, the couple have picked the right time to begin their franchising journey.

Jackie explained why herself and husband Mark decided to launch their business with Radfield.

“We have lived in the Wakefield and Dewsbury area for over 15 years and we are passionate about giving back to our local community and surrounding areas. With quality at the forefront of what we wanted to achieve, it was clear Radfield Home Care was the franchise for us as we both share family values and have a passion for putting the client at the centre of the decision. Radfield’s experience in the sector and support provided was also a big attraction.”

The Gillens have just completed five days of initial training and are preparing to welcome their first clients in the next few weeks. Their opening follows the launch of nearby Radfield Home Care Harrogate, Wetherby & North Yorkshire, showing that the compassionate care company has no shortage of demand for its services across the region. And with more than 10 locations across the UK, the franchise is making a name for itself as one of the fastest growing care companies in the country.

Commenting on the expansion, Dr Hannah MacKechnie, franchisor of Radfield Home Care, said:

“We are really pleased to see our franchise network continue to grow right across the country and not just in population hotspots. Such growth demonstrates the strength of the Radfield model, proving that the need for quality-led, private focussed home care services is not being met. All of our franchise partners have the opportunity to fulfil this demand, developing a financially and morally rewarding business - no matter where they are in the country.”
