Radfield Home Care is expanding its operations by welcoming two new franchise partners who will operate in the Peterborough area.
Radfield Home Care has announced that it’s welcoming new franchise partners who will provide its compassionate home care services across the Peterborough, Stamford and Rutland area.
James and Stefania Beech are currently undergoing their pre-launch preparations, including finding a registered care manager to oversee their operations and registering themselves with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), but they’ll soon be open for business.
James spent more than 15 years managing private hospital locations, which sparked his interest in the home care industry. He explained:
“The next step for me in my career was to look at launching our own business. Naturally, Radfield’s private home care model was well aligned with my skills and experience and so I went to meet them at one of their discovery days. I really enjoyed meeting the team and learning about what they had to offer, so from there it was largely down to weighing up the pros and cons of joining Radfield and launching my own business or remaining in employment. For me, being in control of my own destiny and developing a service that gives back to our local community was the clear winner.”
James and Stefania will soon prepare to onboard their first clients once they have completed their 20-day training and development programme.
Franchisor Dr Hannah MacKechnie, welcomed the pair to the franchise.
“We’re really pleased to welcome James and Stefania to the Radfield Home Care network of franchise partners. They are the latest franchise partners to join us who share our core values, have great leadership and management skills, and are eager to reap both financial and social rewards from their new business.”
She added that this year is shaping up to be a brilliant one for the young home care franchise.
“Thanks to recent successes for a number of our franchise partners in regional awards and our national shortlisting for the British Franchise Association’s Emerging Franchisor of the Year, the national brand awareness is set to continue to develop in the months ahead; making now a fantastic time to join the franchise network.”
