Puddle Ducks has announced that plans for its first ever dedicated swim school have been approved by local council.
Puddle Ducks has been teaching children across the UK for more than 18 years in leisure centres up and down the country. Now, though, the swimming franchise is finally going to have a dedicated home where it can teach children how to be more confident in the water.
Cheshire council has approved its plans for a flagship swim school in the town of Northwich, which will be based in the Barons Quay area. The state of the art centre will be equipped with a family-friendly pool, meeting room for use by local businesses, viewing area for proud grandparents and relatives to look on from and a convenient buggy park.
Speaking about the flagship centre, co-founder Jo Stone said:
“We are delighted about the approval and that this is all finally coming to fruition. We have been planning in our minds this bespoke swimming centre for babies and children since we first set-up Puddle Ducks eighteen years ago.”
She also added:
“We’re really excited to get to this next stage where we can now get started and are looking forward to being part of Barons Quay and the local community.”
Considering that Puddle Ducks teaches more than 21,000 children how to swim every week across the country, its brand new centre is bound to be popular with parents and their eager offspring all across the Cheshire area.
If you’re interested in bringing Puddle Ducks to your local area, the franchisee is keen to expand to new towns and cities up and down the UK. All you’ll need is the desire to run your own business – find out more about the opportunity here.
