Promedica24 has been named as one of the top providers in its local region by one of the UK’s most trusted review sites.
Promedica24 Dorset and Hampshire has been named as one of the top providers in the area by trusted care review site homecare.co.uk. The site allows people to review the care they have received and compiles an annual Top 20 Home Care Awards list for each region to show people where the best care in their community can be found.
Promedica24 racked up an incredible overall score of 9.8 out of 10 in reviews posted by its clients and their family members, showing that the care it’s providing is clearly well received by the local community.
100 percent of reviewers said that they would be ‘extremely likely’ to recommend Promedica24 to any family members or friends who needed round-the-clock care in the future, while 90 percent of commenters said that its services were ‘excellent’.
Katrina, the wife of a Promedica24 client in the area, explained exactly why she’d recommend the senior care franchise to anyone in need of live-in care.
“The team are efficient to deal with, and they have made the whole process easy. The carers have all been very kind and caring and a pleasure to have living with the family.”
Mark Muller, regional partner for Promedica24 Dorset and Hampshire, expressed his delight at the win.
“I am thrilled that our team have been recognised and celebrated for their delivery in quality care. We pride ourselves on providing compassionate care, and to hear that our clients feel safe, secure and happy is recognition of our mission to enable people to remain at home.”
And, considering that research has found that 97 percent of people wouldn’t want to move into residential care if they became frail or unwell, it seems that now is a great time to become a Promedica24 franchisee and offer compassionate live-in care in your local community.
