Prokil joins Point Franchise

Prokil brings its damp proofing and timber preservation services to Point Franchise – could it be the ideal opportunity for you?

Point Franchise is thrilled to welcome construction franchise Prokil to its network of exciting franchise opportunities. As well as making a fantastic living doing something you enjoy, each of its franchisees will have the chance to gain qualifications to become industry leading experts.

Prokil has earned the name of the ‘house doctors’ over the years, as its network of skilled technicians help to diagnose and treat commercial and residential properties. It can help with a range of problems, from damp proofing to remedial timber work and much more. And, with over 50 years of experience behind it, the construction franchise is now hoping to branch out and offer its expert services across the UK via franchisees.

Each franchisee will be shown everything they need to become an expert surveyor, initially carrying out most of the works themselves. However, its hoped that ambitious franchisees will soon be able to grow their team and employ a network of technicians to carry out the work, while they handle the behind the scenes things.

Those who have no industry experience are welcome to join the franchise, as they’ll undergo three months of extensive training, both at the head office and on-site with other technicians to ensure they feel confident and ready to go it alone. Throughout your franchising journey, you’ll be supported by the Prokil head office, with an assigned franchise manager ready to help whenever you feel unsure.

Each individual who joins Prokil will also receive certification from a respected trade association to demonstrate what they’ve learned as a franchisee. All they’ll need to join the franchise is the right attitude, a willingness to work hard and the energy to give the franchise opportunity their all.
