PlumbProud has celebrated welcoming four new franchisees into its network.
The plumbing franchise announced the four investors would all begin their training in the same week, and would start by learning to complete a bathroom installation to a high standard.
PlumbProud enrols all its investors onto a comprehensive 12-week training programme to make sure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to develop a profitable business. The coaching scheme includes help with marketing and organising the unit’s launch. Plus, PlumbProud assigns each franchisee a personal franchise expert to help them get started.
With its high-quality training programme, PlumbProud supports franchisees to scale up their businesses to achieve more than £1 million in annual sales.
Although the pandemic has spelled disaster for businesses up and down the UK, PlumbProud has been able to continue with its expansion plan. In fact, it established five new franchise locations in under four months. And it’s still looking for investors to launch additional units.
In a recent blog post, the plumbing franchise explained why aspiring business owners should consider launching a franchise unit under its brand:
“You do not need to have any experience in the bathroom renovation, boiler or plumbing industry to benefit from your own franchise – though that would be a huge advantage, of course. The biggest assets you need to have are dedication, commitment and a will to succeed.
“We provide all the training and ongoing support you need for the process of opening and running your PlumbProud business – we want you to become part of the family! We will be there every step of the way providing you with on-going support from our dedicated franchise expert and continued operational support from our team at our head office to ensure your business thrives.”
