Platinum Property Partners franchisee Ritu Vohora shares her franchise journey and ambitious plans for the future.
Platinum Property Partners is the world’s first property investment franchise. In this video Divisional Director Emma Hayes takes to five-year alumni partner Ritu Vohora about her experiences as a franchisee.
Ritu works as an investment director for an asset management company full time in the city. Her and her brother came across the Platinum Property Partners investment opportunity at a franchise event.
When asked how she can juggle building a property portfolio on top of having quite a demanding job, she explains how she keeps focused on her long-term goal:
“I’ve been in the city now for fourteen years and it’s been fantastic for my career. But when I think longer term I want to be financially free.
“And I think one of the things property is very attractive for is that you can have it as a passive income source.”
Ritu is using her day job in the city to generate an income that helps build her property business. But in the future, she hopes to build her estate agent and property franchise as a passive income source. Then she can sit back and enjoy the capital growth that will help fund her pension.
