Pirtek Belfast was a big winner at the Plant & Civil Engineer Awards, held earlier this month.
Pirtek Belfast won the award for ‘Excellence in Customer Service’ at the Plant & Civil Engineer Awards, an important industry celebration that recognises fantastic work in the sector. The branch of the hydraulics franchise was presented with the prestigious award for its commitment to its customers.
Held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in South Belfast, the awards were attended by hundreds of important people from across the plant, construction and quarry industries. They are seen as Ireland’s most influential platform of recognition, making Pirtek’s achievement even more special. The branch of the franchise was praised for “demonstrating the importance of communication in customer service and with technicians who are knowledgeable and friendly, and office staff who are nothing but helpful”.
However, it wasn’t the only award the franchise scooped, as it was also presented with a Customer Services award at Pirtek’s National Conference this year to mark 30 years of operation, beating more than 80 Pirtek centres across the UK and Ireland to the accolade.
Franchisee David Adams has been running the branch for more than 13 years and has recently expanded his fleet so that his team can attend jobs as quickly as possible. The expansion has also enabled the Belfast-based team to increase its reach, attending jobs further across Northern Ireland to help even more customers.
