Pieminister Serves up Something New This Summer

Pieminisiter has been serving up a storm in the restaurant and pie shops sector. As of June 2023, it’s been delivering new pie styles to its customers in various UK locations, which has been positively received. As with all the Pieminister classics, this new range uses sustainable ingredients but now with a lighter filo pastry.

Here are the new Pieminister flavours that franchisees are cooking for their clients:

• • • Light as a Feta: vegetarian spinach, feta cheese, kale, lemon & garlic filo pie
    • Souk Chook: free-range British chicken, harissa, red pepper & chickpea filo pie
    • Maroc Star: plant-based Moroccan-spiced carrot, spinach & chickpea filo pie

Jon Simon, the founder of Pieminister, shared his thoughts:

Whether customers enjoy these new Pieminister meals hot or cold, they go incredibly well with the classic sides, such as fries and slaw. There’s also the Filo So Good meal for £13.50, which adds crispy potatoes to any filo pie. You also get Tenderstem broccoli, garden peas, pea shoots and tzatziki, but you can swap the tzatziki for smoked vegan mayo if you prefer a vegan touch.

All franchisees can add these new pies to the menu as of 1 June 2023, which means they are readily available for any new businesses in the Pieminister franchise. Perhaps it’s time to invest in this delicious opportunity while these new meals are trending!
