PetStay joins ‘Backing Business’ campaign

PetStay joins businesses in North Shields who are part of a new business campaign to celebrate local successes.
PetStay is one of more than 100 businesses who will benefit from a new campaign launched by the North Shields Chamber of Trade and local newspaper News Guardian. The ‘Backing Business’ campaign will see the chamber highlight success stories from its members, including the pet boarding franchise, which will then be shared every month.
The campaign was launched by the chamber to promote the fantastic things that local businesses are achieving, driving even more business to support homegrown companies. It follows the successful launch of #OneNorthShields in 2017, which allowed local businesses to connect and share their news through the hashtag. It’s hoped that the campaign will spark local residents’ enthusiasm for their hometown and encourage them to choose local companies like PetStay whenever they can.
Speaking about the campaign, Miles Watson, chair of the North Shields Chamber of Trade, said:
“We are delighted to be joining the News Guardian to promote North Shields businesses with this campaign. This is all about celebrating success in the town and surrounding areas. We are very excited to be showcasing our member’s success stories through such a fantastic local newspaper.”
With more than 42 franchisees across the UK, and 600 dedicated dog carers ready to make your pooch’s holiday amazing, PetStay is one of the UK’s largest dog boarding franchises. Since it was launched in 2005, after founder Carole Davy struggled to find an alternative to traditional kennels, PetStay has developed a reputation as a caring dog boarding option that will see your dog matched with the perfect carer household. Rather than subjecting your beloved pet to the stress of kennels, PetStay will care exclusively for your dog(s) and ensure their normal routines are kept in place.
