Panku Streetfood’s range of kiosks are winning the attention of shoppers and business professionals across the UK.
Gavin Rothwell is one of the people to recognise the franchise and its colourful kiosks. Gavin is the Director of Food Futures Insights and regularly shares “food-to-go and retail insights to inspire better growth strategies” across the sector.
When visiting his local Asda supermarket branch in Clapham, Gavin was struck by the eye-catching Panku Streetfood stall near the entrance. He quickly took to social media to express his thoughts on the store’s new addition. His LinkedIn post read:
“My first time seeing the combined Kulaba Kitchen and Panku offer today in Asda Clapham Junction. Overall, it worked well. Well located close to the store entrance, alongside/ integrated with the core Asda food-to-go offer, and offering solutions for now (hot) and for later (heat at home).”
He added,
“Plus, there’s more to come in this store, with a new street food style development as part of the café area on the way. #foodtogo #futureformats”
Clearly, the Panku Streetfood stall has the power to win over Asda visitors, with its colourful branding and delicious selection of authentic Japanese, Thai and Korean dishes. The food and beverage franchise serves everything from Thai Tofu Red Curry Noodles to hand rolled sushi and spicy Korean Beef Bulgogi - and everything is prepared fresh on the day.
Despite only being launched in 2019, the Panku Streetfood brand already has kiosks in 37 separate Asda supermarkets, including stores in Cardiff, Harrogate, Stevenage and Swindon. And it’s not stopping there - the brains behind the business plan to grow the franchise into a network of around 150 locations within the next few years.
You can help Panku Streetfood expand across the UK by launching your very own unit under its attention-grabbing branding. Visit its profile page, linked above, to find out more.
