Owners of OvenU Warrington collect donations of food, blankets and toys for feline welfare charity Cats Protection.
Husband and wife team, Paul and Andrea Clark, owners of OvenU Warrington are doing more than help abandoned and neglected cats get through the winter. The oven-valeting business owners are on a mission to help improve the lives of felines by leading a charitable drive for Cats Protection that initially consists of collecting donations of food, blankets and toys. In support of the Cats Protection’s Warrington Adoption Centre in Padgate, OvenU franchisees Paul and Andrea will be collecting donations whilst on client appointment runs throughout the month of January and encourages anyone who wishes to help, to make donations.
Paul expressed: “We are always very supportive of worthwhile causes and have a strong affinity with animals in our household, so supporting Cats Protection was a no-brainer.
"As we unwind from the hectic festive period, the weather is cold and these cats and kittens are still in the shelter waiting for their forever homes, so any donations – a blanket, food or a toy – makes a big difference.
“Cats Protection volunteers do a fantastic job in rehoming neglected and abandoned cats, as well as caring for them day in, day out, and hopefully the kind donations from our customers will provide a welcome boost at the end of January to the charity and centre.”
