Not sure where you fit in? There’s a place for you at FASTSIGNS!
If you’re struggling to find your place in the business world and take the next step in your career, then you could be exactly the kind of person FASTSIGNS is looking for!
Are you still looking for your niche, knowing you have the potential to enjoy so much more from life? You are not alone! Some of the most talented and successful people we know have often felt like outsiders at some point in their lives. It may be because they weren’t made to feel included for who they were or because they hadn’t yet discovered their true calling.
At FASTSIGNS, we recently held our international convention in Dallas, Texas, welcoming more than 900 franchisees and members of their teams from around the world. Aside from the usual time spent talking about crucial new developments within signage. Our theme, this year, was very much about celebrating and honouring all of our amazing franchisees.
With so many countries represented at these events, and such a broad spectrum of people, we’re always touched by just how rich in variety and diversity the FASTSIGNS network is.
So much, so that we were inspired to create this video for this year’s event:
This video is just another step on a journey we’ve been on for several years, as we deepen our commitment to creating an environment of inclusion and diversity. In 2021, we took this a step further by creating the FASTSIGNS Diversity & Inclusion Committee, drawn from a cross-section of franchisees who share this vision.
We believe every successful business is a people business. We may have made our mark in the industry by providing powerful, cost-effective signage solutions using the very latest in manufacturing technology, but this is just the end product. The real magic behind our success lies in the fantastically talented and diverse people who make up our network.
FASTSIGNS is an incredible blend of different skills and experience, and our franchise network benefits hugely, at every level, by encouraging partners from every possible age, background and walk of life. We’ve worked hard to create a franchise that embraces inclusivity, not just because it is the right thing to do but also because it makes great business sense too.

We recognise how embracing diversity in all its forms brings unbeatable value to all our teams, as well as helping to shape the future of the industry. We want our network to be the best it can be and for everyone within it to feel part of something bigger than themselves, which means attracting the very best people to join us.
We want to create a fair standard for all, focused on our franchisees’ strengths, and what brings us together: our creativity and passion. So, whether you’re a technically-minded problem solver, a creative design guru, or a wonderful mix of the two, a FASTSIGNS franchisee could be exactly the opportunity you’re looking for to carve out an exciting and rewarding new career.
As our CEO, Catherine Monson, says, "Diversity and inclusion needs to extend beyond personalities, professional backgrounds, and other life experiences. It needs to encompass all of an individual's unique characteristics and experiences, including race, gender, ethnicity, age, religion, disability, national origin, and sexual orientation. Supporting and building diversity and inclusion is the right thing to do for our employees, our franchisees, our franchisees' teams, our stakeholders, our customers, and our industry.”
Whoever you are, and whomever you are hoping to be, we’re stronger together. Contact us today to find out how we can build a future we can all be proud of.
