Norfolk’s Angie Symonds was recognised for her incredible commitment to her branch at the company’s annual national conference.
A Metro Rod employee has been recognised for the fantastic work she’s done to raise her branch’s profile and that of the entire plumbing and drain cleaning franchise.
Angie Symonds, who is part of the Metro Rod Norwich team in Tharston, was awarded the title of ‘Best Brand Builder’ for her tireless efforts to improve the franchise’s marketing and drive up sales. Symonds spent hours honing her skills in vital areas such as search engine optimisation (SEO) and increasing brand awareness among the local community. As a result of her hard work, she was able to bring in even more clients for her employers, franchisees Shaun and Jean O’Brien, and sales increased impressively throughout the year.
Speaking about Symonds’ achievement, Metro Rod’s marketing training manager Deva Shinh, said:
“Angie’s tenacity, dedication and high level of competitiveness has made her come out on top. I have seen her SEO and brand awareness skills increase tenfold throughout this year and the results she has attained are a testament to that.”
Symonds managed to beat people from 41 depots to the coveted title and hopes to continue her brilliant work with the branch to bring in even more customers throughout 2019.
