Nicholas Humphreys looks forward to an exciting 2019 following a successful 2018 full of growth.
Property franchise Nicholas Humphreys has been looking back at the highlights from its 2018 calendar, which included new franchisees and fantastic events.
In December, Nicholas Humphreys held its annual conference in Nottingham. Franchisees from across the country were invited to hear influential key speakers from the industry, attend discussion and training groups on everything for SEO optimisation to new software. It was a brilliant event for everyone, as it allowed the whole of the franchise’s network to come together and share ideas to help each other improve.
There was also an awards ceremony at the conference, which saw the brightest sparks in the franchise recognised for their innovation, hard work and dedication to making their branches a success. New Franchisee of the Year was awarded to the people behind the Southampton Portswood branch, recognising how hard they have worked to get their fledgling business of the ground. The coveted Franchisee of the Year award went to the Nottingham branch, which looked at factors including total income and income growth, portfolio growth for lettings and the support each branch offers its staff.
Other awards were also handed out, including the Diamond Award for generating £100,000 income in just one calendar month (which was snapped up by Nottingham City) and the Customer Service Award, which went to the Northampton branch.
Nicholas Humphreys also looked back on the year as a whole, which saw it expand its total number of offices to 23, with the addition of five new franchised offices. Looking ahead to 2019, it says that it’s keen to capitalise on last year’s success and it hopes to keep expanding to more University towns and cities all across the UK.
