As 2019 comes to an end and 2020 gets going, My Window Cleaner is looking back on a successful year.

The window cleaning franchise is proud to have renewed its membership with the British Franchise Association (BFA), having adhered to the organisation’s high ethical standards. The business also upgraded its IT system last year, increasing the efficiency of its franchise units across the network. Franchisees can now use a brand-new app to communicate with customers, send automatic notifications and manage accounts.

My Window Cleaner also highlighted the success of one of its newest franchisees to demonstrate just how great its investment opportunity is. Michael Finn launched his own window cleaning business in October 2019 in the Willesden and Brondesbury Park region of London. After completing a one-week training course in Marbella, he was able to quickly develop an extensive customer base and offer gutter clearance and jet wash services to boost his profits.

Thanks to Finn’s commitment to the brand and passion for the business model, he quickly surpassed sales targets. By the end of his first month, he had earned 42 percent more income than expected – a figure which rose to 70 percent by the end of month two. And, on average, customers spend 133 percent more than the franchise expects. What’s more, Finn was able to attract half of his entire monthly target of 26 new customers in just three days!

The My Window Cleaner team, including all franchisees and their partners, rounded off the year with a Christmas lunch, during which presents were exchanged and successes were celebrated.

My Window Cleaner is also kicking off the new year with the addition of two new franchisees to the team. Welsh entrepreneur Gareth will set up his franchise unit in Newport, and Alexandra will become the business’ first female franchisee, launching her business in Leicester with her partner and brother.
