Moving Home Made Easy creates handy infographic

Moving Home Made Easy has published an infographic to tell customers how to use its services safely.
The moving franchise has been able to continue operating throughout the pandemic lockdowns as it’s an essential business. Meanwhile, it has put “the health and safety of both [its] staff and customers at the forefront of everything” it does. Now, it has created a useful infographic to reassure and inform customers who have booked the franchise’s services.
Moving Home Made Easy is asking all its customers to remain at least two metres away from its staff, but it has also put in place many other safety measures. To minimise the risk of spreading the virus, the franchise has split its workforce into “small team bubbles” and is closely monitoring the symptoms of its staff members.
In the colourful infographic, the moving company gave advice for anyone in the process of preparing for moving day, explaining,
“Often, customers use recycled materials to pack up their items. Following government advice, it is recommended you do as much of the packing yourself as possible. To limit the spread of germs, talk to us about purchasing new boxes and packing materials.”
Moving Home Made Easy also gave some suggestions for the big day itself:
“With the moving team in your home, make sure doors and windows are open and, of course, stay a minimum of two metres away from each other. Make sure there is some hand sanitiser available for everyone to use regularly.”
The franchise concluded the infographic by asking customers not to provide food or drink for the moving team:
“Finally, as much as we love a cup of tea, you should not offer refreshments to the team to minimise cross-contamination. We will greet you with a smile instead of a handshake!”
