Minuteman Press has been named as one of the top franchises for women looking to run their own enterprise.
Printing and marketing franchise Minuteman Press has been named a 2018 Top Franchise for Women by Franchise Business Review (FBR), an independent franchise market research firm.
The research which was conducted by FBR looked at over 240 franchise brands with over 6,000 female franchisees between them, to find out which companies were excelling at encouraging women to become successful franchisees.
The research was in-depth and asked the women about their experiences with their respective companies, including the women of Minuteman Press. The 33 questions included how they felt about leadership, training and support, financial opportunity and the work/life balance being a franchisee afforded them.
Bob Titus, International President and CEO of Minuteman Press, said that the franchise was thrilled to be recognised as a top franchise for women.
"At Minuteman Press, we are proud of our franchise system as well as our core values. It is fantastic to see that our female franchise owners provided direct feedback to Franchise Business Review that puts Minuteman Press on their 2018 Top Franchises for Women list.”
The FBR is based solely on independent surveys that directly question franchisees on their satisfaction with aspects of business. This means that rankings or accolades achieved through the FBR are solely down to actual franchisee feedback, indicating it’s an accurate representation of how people genuinely feel about their business.
Since it began franchising in 1975, Minuteman Press has expanded to have almost 1,000 franchises across five countries, making it the number one printing franchise in the world. Its flexible business model means that franchisees can provide the high quality, professional service that Minuteman has become known for in a way that suits them.
