Minuteman Press franchisee thanks franchisor with giant gift

A Minuteman Press franchisee from Lancaster, California, has shown his appreciation for the franchise’s support during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Peter Castorena was grateful to be able to continue operating throughout this year, as the printing franchise was classified as an essential business. He’s been hard at work creating high-demand products, such as social distancing signage and printed shirts and face masks. Despite the challenging economic climate, he has been able to increase his sales this year.
Peter praised his team for their hard work, and mentioned the loyal business community before thanking Minuteman Press International for its ongoing franchisee support. As a token of gratitude, Peter commissioned a custom-made, eight-foot-tall ‘Minute Man’, with a clock for a head, and delivered it to the franchise’s president, Nick Titus.
Peter explained,
“There is nothing more that Minuteman Press International could have done to support franchise owners like me during this unprecedented time. Minuteman Press International reached out to us every day asking us how they can support us during this time and they provided us with real, actionable feedback and answers to our questions.
“We are lucky to have such high demand for our essential services, but with the support we have received from Minuteman International; luck had nothing to do with our ability to rise to the occasion.”
President Nick Titus was stunned to receive the gift.
“When we first received this huge box, I had no idea what to expect. After we opened it up and saw what was inside, I was simply blown away… The fact that he went out of his way to do this for us and send us this incredible piece, it’s really moving and also very cool.”
Now, the huge Minute Man is on show in the reception area of the franchise’s international headquarters for all to see.
