The beauty and aesthetics clinic recently created a video in which crucial team members (like the Managing Director and the Head of Franchisee Recruitment) share their insights.
First established in 2008, Laser Clinics has enjoyed a strong path of growth, and if in 2021, you’re looking to join the thriving franchise network, then the words of these experts from within the Laser Clinics franchisor team should help you to get to grips with everything that the beauty franchise offers its franchisees.
In the words of Laser Clinics’ Managing Director, Jonathan Gardner, “[The franchise is] the leading global brand of cosmetic aesthetic services across the world.” Now expanding into the UK and continuing to build that brand, it’s a great time to get on board. Beyond incredible timing, Jonathan also recommended Laser Clinics to investors because the business model is unique - “It’s a 50-50 partnership model. We put in 50% of the money, as does the partner, and we share the benefit and the upside 50-50 as well.”
Diane Vesey, Head of Franchisee Recruitment, further explained why Laser Clinics is a solid investment, diving into its historic path of growth. According to Diane, the business started in Australia, grew to New Zealand, and is now entering markets like the UK and Singapore. Diane said of its trajectory, “[Laser Clinics will be] going into other markets very soon. It’s a big, big brand, a big company, with a great team of people to help partners develop their clinic.”
Lee Walsh, Head of Clinic Openings, explained his supportive role in the investment process, preparing franchisees for launch day. He said, “We’ll do all of the back office stuff for the clinic, all the legalities. We’ll set them up as a company, we’ll do the banking and we’ll make sure that everything is ordered so they’ve got lasers, the equipment, the consumables and, really importantly, we’ll start to help them build their team.”
Finally, Laser Clinics’ Head of Property (Tony Palmer) detailed his role, expressing that he was “responsible for the end-to-end procurement of the clinic properties from site-finding through to build, and then handing over to franchise partners at the end of the build process”. If you’d like to join this franchise network in which you’ll be fully supported every step of the way, find out more about Laser Clinics via its profile page, linked above.
