Las Iguanas has launched its tasty autumn/winter menu that’s full of cold-weather warmers
As the colder weather approaches, many of us are dreaming of warmer climates and long for a bit of sunshine back in our lives. So, as Latin American restaurant franchise Las Iguanas has just launched its brand new menu for autumn/winter 18/19, diners will be able to enjoy the sunny tastes of Brazil and Portugal in one of its UK restaurants.
The new menu features 12 exciting new dishes, including favourites such as spicy fajitas, indulgent enchiladas and juicy, award-winning burgers. More adventurous additions include Peruvian Smoked Salmon Tiradito, which comprises smoked salmon in a ‘tiger’s milk’ dressing, spicy fried Copacabana Chicken as well as delicious vegan options such as the chipotle pulled jackfruit burrito. To finish, options include a light vegan chocolate coconut tart or traditional Brazilian Brigadeiro, which are little chocolate truffles with nuts and ice cream.
To wash them down, diners will be able to choose from more than 14 thirst-quenching cocktails that have been added to the extensive drinks’ menu. Customers will be able to pick them up two-for-one, sampling delights such as tangy Pineapple Martini made with Ciroc Pineapple Vodka, pineapple juice and lime or the G in Smash, with Beefeater Gin, Huana, passionfruit, elderflower and apple. For those who aren’t up to alcohol, Las Iguanas has plenty of tempting mocktails including the summery Rio Crush, made with grapefruit, passion fruit and cranberry.
Since it was launched in 1991, Las Iguanas has been bringing its unique fusion of Spanish, Latin American, African and Indian cuisine to the UK. Producing fresh and tasty food that’s sustainably sourced, its food is made with plenty of heart as well as taste. With more than 55 sites across the country, there are plenty of locations to sample the authentic Latin American cuisine (and maybe a few of its signature cocktails too).
