In a recent video posted to the shutter company’s social media, Just Shutters interviewed a satisfied customer about her newly fitted blinds.
Of its attitude to customer experience and satisfaction, the blind and shutters franchise said that, “When you choose a shutter supplier, you want a company that advises you without pressure, is reliable, respects your home and delivers not only an incredible service but also exceptional quality shutters.”
This focus on delivering the best possible service comes through in customer reviews. The customer was asked about her products, and responded, “I think the feel of the product is really luxurious. Even when we touch them they feel smooth, you can feel the quality, and they sit really well in the home.”
She went on to express that, “They add to the look of the home, and they make it look brighter and much more spacious. [...] Once they were in, I could really see the difference in how they made the room look.”
If you’d like to become a Just Shutters franchisee, improving the homes of customers across the UK via the installation of luxury, high quality products, you’ll need to make a minimum initial investment of £27,000 with total investment costs of £40,000.
You’ll also be charged a few monthly fees: An operating fee at 10% of net sales, an advertising fee at 3%, and a royalty fee at 2%. After two years, the expected revenue for Just Shutters franchisees is an impressive £350,000. If you don’t have the money upfront to make that initial investment, consider a bank loan, as most UK banks will lend between 50-70% of franchise start-up costs to investors with good credit histories.
