IWG has secured an exciting franchise agreement with AppleOne Properties to establish new workplaces across the Philippines.
IWG looks set to expand its presence in Southeast Asia even more, as it has signed an exciting new franchise agreement with a Cebu-based property company.
The B2B franchise is teaming up with AppleOne Properties to open eight modern workspaces across six cities in the Visayas area, including Cebu City, Lapu-Lapu City (Mactan), Mandaue City, Dumaguete City, Iloilo City, and Bacolod City. It already has 28 locations across the Philippines but is looking to expand its presence even further.
Matthew James Kenley, Head of Partnership Growth at IWG, said:
“This partnership with such a successful homegrown property developer will help us contribute to suburban economic growth… This will benefit the local economy in numerous ways, from creating jobs both inside and outside the centre, stimulating businesses and services in the nearby area, improving productivity and opening new working opportunities for those who live locally.”
He continued:
“We intend to continue developing the IWG network through strong franchise partnerships, and we are constantly searching for ambitious, experienced, entrepreneurial franchise partners so that we can have workspaces everywhere our customers need us to be.”
CEO and President of AppleOne Properties, Ray Manigsaca, echoed this, adding:
““The serviced office market is one of the most exciting growth sectors in real estate, and we are excited to be involved in this next frontier. Our partnership with IWG will enable us to bring the many world-class benefits of flexible working to the professionals and businesses of Visayas.”
