Home Instead has received a five-star independent satisfaction rating for the fifth time.
Home Instead Senior Care has been recognised for its fantastic work once again. Independent market research company Smith & Henderson surveyed 92% of Home Instead’s 190 franchisees to gauge how satisfied they are with the company and found that the results were very positive.
The incredible figures show what a fantastic job the senior care franchise is doing in looking after its hard-working franchisees. There was 100% satisfaction with the initial training and first six months of support, 93% felt that the franchise’s services were better than its competition and 87% of franchisees felt that Home Instead was constantly trying to improve its service and franchise system.
Smith & Henderson awarded the franchise its prestigious ‘5-star marque’, which is an indicator of a company that’s truly excelling in what it does and allowing its franchisees to reach unlimited levels of success. For the franchise to have achieved this for the fifth time emphasises just how well the company is consistently doing. It said that Home Instead’s franchisees have the passion to become “market disruptors” in the senior care sector and that the company could really shake up how senior care is delivered.
Since it was established in the UK in 2005, Home Instead has grown to have over 200 franchisees across the country and annually delivers over six million hours of care. The franchise aims to keep elderly individuals in their beloved homes for as long as possible, delivering personal care that helps them retain dignity and independence. Its philosophy is that, by keeping people in the environment they love for as long as they’re able, clients are able to live happier and more comfortable lives while being assisted by its expert care staff.
