Home Instead Epping Forest made the prestigious top 20 recommended providers list at the Home Care Awards 2018.
There’s even more to celebrate at Home Instead Epping Forest as the home care company has landed itself on the top 20 regional recommended providers list on trusted care review site homecare.co.uk.
The award, which is judged on the quality of recommendations left by service users or their families and friends, aims to recognise care companies that go the extra mile for their clients and do everything they can to make their lives better.
The home care franchise received fantastic ratings across the board, including for its staff, management, value for money and the dignity that it treats clients with. Its overall rating was a perfect 10 and reflects Home Instead Epping Forest’s outstanding Care Quality Commission (CQC) rating.
Owner of Home Instead Epping, Victoria Rigby, said that she was delighted by the recognition.
“We are thrilled to have been recognised as one of the 20 most recommended home care companies. These reviews are provided by the people who matter to us most – our clients and their loved ones – so it is wonderful to know they think so highly of us. People use websites like homecare.co.uk to help them choose the care that is best for them or their relatives, and we are so proud to be providing a service that people can trust and rely on.”
Founded in the USA in 1994 by Paul and Lori Hagan, the business was developed after they witnessed Paul’s grandmother’s life being extended and improved after they switched to a care package in her own home. The UK franchise business was established in 2005, and the home care company seeks to help elderly and disabled people stay in their own homes while getting the vital care for a happy, healthy life.
Home Instead now has over 200 offices across the UK and uses its army of around 8,000 staff to deliver the best possible assistance to its clients.
