Home Instead West Norfolk keeps its clients satisfied for more than a decade
Home Instead West Norfolk has been celebrating a decade of providing excellent care for the elderly. In a recent survey of both staff and clients, 100% of those asked recommended the senior care franchise as a fantastic company both to work for and to receive care from.
This wasn’t the first time that the Home Instead branch has received praise for its services and positive staff environment, as its previous nine surveys also showed that everyone was extremely pleased with the franchise.
Operations manager, Tom McEwan, said that he was thrilled to continually receive such positive feedback, calling it a “resounding thumbs up” for his branch of the senior care franchise. He also explained some of the methods that lead to such high levels of satisfaction, saying:
“We carefully match our clients and caregivers through shared interests and our visit times are a minimum of an hour, allowing time to build meaningful relationships. If our caregivers aren’t happy then it’s unlikely that our clients will be. We are proud of how much time we invest in making sure we get this right from the start.”
Together with care manager Laura McEwan, the pair have built a successful business that ensures the elderly and vulnerable in the community receive the care they deserve and that those providing it love what they do.
Home Instead was founded in 1994 after Paul and Lori Hagan personally experienced the positive effect of home-based care instead of residential. Its UK franchise was launched in 2005 and continues to offer a compassionate care service that ensures the elderly can stay in their beloved homes, continuing to enjoy life while receiving a little helping hand from a carer.
