Home care franchise’s new campaign is empowering people to “show their life who’s boss”

In a bid to reinvigorate workers that are experiencing career burnout Radfield Home Care has launched a new campaign to help individuals take back control and show their life who’s boss.
The campaign, aptly titled ‘Show your life who’s boss’ will consist of a host of informative webinars and in-depth case studies. The suite of expertly tailored content is centred around Radfield Home Care franchise partners that overcame career blockers and issues such as burnout by taking control of their life and launching their own businesses. The webinars will be delivered by Jason Foster, Franchise Recruitment Manager on the 15th and 19th of October respectively.
The first case study in the series focuses on Po Wun Wan, owner of Radfield Home Care Barnet & Finchley. Po spent most of her career working in the aviation industry before realising that she needed to make a big change and launch her own business.
Po tells us:
“All I knew is what I wanted to do but I didn’t know how to put it together.”
This is where the franchise model can especially benefit new business owners. Radfield provides award-winning training and support to help franchise partners establish themselves. Po added:
“The support has been fantastic, and as long as I’ve got the support then I know I’ve chosen the right company.”
The right support: Princess Royal Training Award-winning franchise training
Radfield Home Care has gone from strength to strength with its robust franchise support system. The booming home care franchise recently won a place on the prestigious Princess Royal Training Award list 2022 for the “Radfield Runway” franchise training programme, identifying their programme as some of the best franchise support training in the country.
Speaking about their award-winning approach, Dr Hannah MacKechnie, Co-founder and Director of Radfield Home Care said:
“Supporting our franchise partners has been baked into our business model from the ground up. Each individual member of our franchise support team plays an important role in an office that is structured to maximise the effectiveness of the support we deliver.”
