Heritage Healthcare appoints three new franchisees

Heritage Healthcare has introduced three new franchisees to its network and made the most of the benefits offered by virtual training sessions.
The care franchise, which has been welcoming investors since 2013, has seen the successful launch of three brand-new branches. The first to open its doors was Heritage Healthcare Harrow, in July. It’s director, Mukilan Karuppiah will support customers in the local area, including Edgware, Pinner and Ruislip.
In October, Liz Rhodes and Joely Sant launched the franchise’s Trafford and Chesire franchise unit. Liz spoke about their ambition to build a talented workforce:

Heritage Healthcare Hounslow and Richmond is the newest business to open under the franchise’s branding. It’s run by husband and wife duo Myo Zin and Cho Thein, alongside registered care manager Kameka Peart. Together, they’ll cover the areas of Twickenham and its surrounding areas, as well as Hounslow and Richmond.
Michelle Fenwick QFP, Director of Heritage Healthcare Franchising, explained how the franchise was able to take advantage of virtual training opportunities.
“In normal circumstances, we would have welcomed our new franchisees to our head office in Darlington, where they would have taken part in a comprehensive 10-day training course. In light of the pandemic, our Franchise Support Team have been able to utilise video conferencing apps to deliver the training remotely.
“This also allowed many of our established franchisees to join in and refresh their knowledge of care management software, finances, marketing and business operations.”
Michelle added:
“Our network is filled with experienced business owners who are dedicated to providing support to their local communities. We are looking forward to seeing the successes our new franchisees will achieve over the coming years.”
