The landscaping and gardening franchise was delighted to announce that WorkBuzz franchisee feedback once again saw Greensleeves rated highly.
In the words of Greensleeves, “In March 2022, Greensleeves franchisees took part in an independent survey assessing the franchise brand this year. WorkBuzz, who has been gathering objective feedback from franchisees across 200+ brands since 2011 for their Franchisee Satisfaction Benchmark Survey, announced that Greensleeves had received 5-star levels of franchisee satisfaction status for a consecutive year.” The landscaping franchise is regularly looking for ways to improve its systems and support franchisees, and is thrilled to learn:
- 88% of franchisees said they felt proud to be a part of the Greensleeves family
- 83% of franchisees said they would recommend Greensleeves to prospective franchisees
- 95% of franchisees said they planned to renew their franchise agreement
- 84% of franchisees said they expected their profits to increase over the next 12 months
- 94% of franchisees said they felt Greensleeves understood that if they were successful, the entire brand was successful
- 97% of franchisees said they agreed that the support team is always willing to go the extra mile
Greensleeves’ Managing Director David Trugby shared his excitement at the confirmation that the franchise was still rated 5 stars, saying, “What an unbelievable start to 2022! We are delighted to receive the WorkBuzz 5 Star Franchisee Satisfaction Award again - it is a great tribute to all the head office team at Greensleeves and the fantastic work they do. We have worked hard during these challenging times to expand the network, maintain our standards, and create a brand people are proud to be part of. I’m thrilled to see our efforts reflected in the report and it’s a real credit to all the team here in head office.”
Following the previous WorkBuzz survey, David revealed, Greensleeves’ franchisor team identified areas to target for improvement. As David explained, “Communication was an area we decided we wanted to develop, especially with the pandemic throwing up challenges around meeting franchisees face to face. We enhanced and added to our communication by providing our franchisees with more Zoom meetings, regular Question and Answer sessions and introduced a new franchise forum. It’s amazing to now see all of our hard work paying off.”
Greensleeves is extremely proud of its scores, particularly the 97% score secured when asked if franchisees would agree that the support team is always willing to go the extra mile.
