GreenThumb Launches LawnLove Rewards to Thank Loyal Customers

GreenThumb, the UK’s largest lawn care provider, has introduced LawnLove Rewards, a loyalty programme created to thank its 300,000 customers for their continued support.

This innovative initiative offers members exclusive access to over 300 discounts and deals across popular retail, fashion, travel, entertainment, and hospitality brands, adding even more value to their lawn care experience.

The loyalty programme is available through GreenThumb’s My.GreenThumb portal, launched earlier this year to streamline customer interactions. The platform allows customers to manage their accounts around the clock—whether booking treatments, scheduling visits, paying invoices, or redeeming rewards. A standout feature of LawnLove Rewards is its referral scheme, where both the referrer and the new customer each receive a £10 credit as a token of appreciation. LawnLove Rewards has already proven popular, with over 11% of active users redeeming offers within the programme’s first month. Customers are embracing the wide variety of savings available, while GreenThumb’s 220+ franchise partners are seeing opportunities to strengthen relationships and grow their businesses.

Since its launch in May, the My.GreenThumb portal has seen rapid adoption, with 51% of customers signing up in the first five months. GreenThumb expects similar enthusiasm for LawnLove Rewards as the programme continues to grow.
