‘Good’ CQC rating for Promedica24’s live-in care

Promedicia24 is proud to have recently received a ‘good’ CQC rating for its live-in care services.

Celebrations are in order for live-in care provider, Promedica24, after a recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission found its Wiltshire service to be of ‘good’ quality.

Promedica24’s Wiltshire service, which also provides live-in care services in Dorset & Hampshire, Brighton & Mid Sussex, West Sussex, Oxford, Gloucestershire, Somerset, Wiltshire and Bristol & South Gloucestershire, was not only noted for its expert standard of care but also for its dedicated team, who were described in the report as ‘well trained’ and possessing ‘the skills and knowledge to meet people’s needs.’

With experience in a range of chronic conditions including memory impairment, cancer, dementia, Parkinson’s, stroke, arthritis and diabetes, Promedica24’s dedicated staff aim to provide the best standard of care for over 28,000 clients across Europe.

When questioned by inspectors, clients were only too happy to sing the praises of their caregivers.

“They are definitely kind and always ask politely what I want. I am very happy my needs are being met.”

“They are kind, helpful and very experienced carers and also wonderful companions.”
