Yet another Fitness Space franchisee has found the perfect location to open a new branch.
Fitness Space has been celebrating on behalf of its Cardiff franchisee as he has managed to secure the perfect location for his branch.
Working with commercial letting agents Savills, Fitness Space was able to negotiate a deal with the owners of 39 Windsor Place, a fantastic location in the centre of Wales’ capital city. It’s located just 50m from the main shops and restaurants of Queen Street, making the setting perfectly convenient for those who live and work in the city centre. The property has also been recently refurbished, and the boutique fitness franchise will occupy the second and third floors of the building on a 15 year lease.
Oli Ford, owner of the Fitness Space franchise, said that he was ready to bring the fitness franchise with a difference to the city. “We are excited to open the doors to our new Cardiff location. Fitness Space offers a fresh take on the gym model and will bring a new concept to the city.”
Fitness Space was founded in 2010 by former Olympian Tim Benjamin, after he recognised the need for a network of gyms across the UK that were different from the norm. Instead of the cold, anti-social environment of many health clubs, he wanted to create a friendly and encouraging space where people could meet their fitness goals with the help of other members and expert fitness professionals.
Fitness Space is the future of focused and friendly fitness across the UK. It has a number of innovative features, including its app, which uses your DNA and health history to create a personalised workout plan and gives you the ability to speak to your trainer whenever your motivation dips.
