FiltaFry has recruited an experienced HR professional to head up its business development across Austria and Germany.
FiltaFry has welcomed a new face into its head office team, who will help the business continue its expansion and development across Europe.
Richard Grimm, who has spent time working at catering company Mise en Place, has joined FiltaFry as a Business Development Manager. He’ll be in charge of supporting franchisees across Austria and Germany to expand their sales, as well as helping them establish new franchise operations. He’ll be working under Operations Director Frank Hartong to help develop FiltaFry’s presence across Europe.
It’s likely that Richard’s training as a human resources manager will come in handy, as he’ll be working closely with the van-based franchise’s network to work through all kinds of tricky issues as they grow their operations.
Richard explained that he’s looking forward to helping FiltaFry’s franchisees, new and old, take their businesses to the next level.
“I will be on the move a lot – giving my best as the contact person for franchisees and actively helping to shape the growth of the company. I am specifically very excited about the FiltaFry concept. [Its] mobile services bring more sustainability into commercial kitchens, lighten the workload of kitchen staff and also save resources and costs.”
Jos Van Aalst, FiltaFry’s Managing Director, expressed how pleased the franchise was to be welcoming Richard.
“I am delighted that we were able to recruit Richard Grimm for the expansion of FiltaFry. The fact that he has several years’ experience in human resources and gastronomy and is a successful networker is a huge advantage in terms of both supporting franchisees and customer acquisition.”
