The sign franchise’s York branch received particular recognition at the convention (which included an awards section) for its pandemic project with a local restaurant.
In the words of FASTSIGNS, “FASTSIGNS York, based in Pocklington, delivered signage, labels and posters to a client with materials that could be fixed to glass, metal and wood and withstand a hospitality environment. Each and every design was durable, attractive and clearly displayed the necessary contact-free software. This was in both QR codes and NFC tags, which was used for booking tablets, ordering food and commuting between kitchen and the front of house.”
FASTSIGNS continued, “The team has been named a runner-up in the comprehensive solutions of the year category at the FASTSIGNS UK convention and awards, for demonstrating full use of the solutions available.” All in all, the sign franchise is delighted to share in the success of FASTSIGNS York, and FASTSIGNS York is delighted to be a part of the franchise family. During the convention, it was also announced that the York branch was one of five branches in the country to have received a 100% Net Promoter score via customer engagement software Listen 360.
FASTSIGNS York Director Sarah Bradshaw said, of the recognition they received, “We always strive to maximise each project’s potential, often even helping our clients to achieve more than what they thought was possible. By conceptualising and creating prototype solutions to be tried and tested in real-world scenarios, we are enabling this fledgling business to steal a march on the competition and provide exciting and innovative products."
FASTSIGNS UK’s Managing Director John Davies also acknowledged the successes of FASTSIGNS York, saying, “FASTSIGNS York has a clear track record for consistently going above and beyond for its clients. Their understanding of the application of signage means they’re able to deliver the best possible work, offering much more than simply signs, and a full-scale business solution.” Find out more about starting your own FASTSIGNS branch via the sign franchise’s profile page, linked above.
