Fastsigns Manchester has been lending a helping hand local arts foundation Home.

Fastsigns Manchester has been giving back to the local community by providing assistance to charitable arts foundation Home. To celebrate its good fortunes of late, the branch is offering financial aid to the not-for-profit organisation and also help to boost its profile among its customers.

Director of the sign franchise’s Manchester branch, Richard Wedgwood, has announced that his franchise will be the newest corporate member of Home. The organisation works with creatives from the UK and across the globe to produce thought-provoking and stimulating visual art, drama, dance and films.

The city is home to a vibrant art scene which brings plenty of tourists to the city and Wedgwood explained why he had decided to invest in Home:

“Home is a Manchester-only charity, and it felt right to help a foundation on our doorstep, especially when it has such fantastic facilities for our community. Like most not-for-profit organisations, it struggles for funding, so we’re really pleased to be able to offer some financial support.”

As a thank you for its financial support, Fastsigns Manchester will have access to event tickets and be able to promote its services to those attending Home’s centre near First Street. It plans to give them away through quarterly customer competitions, with the winner scooping the chance to attend one of the charity’s exciting events. The lucky winner of the first competition, which launched last week, will be treated to a delicious dinner for two and tickets to one of Home’s film screenings.
