FASTSIGNS has picked up yet another title as it continues its global quest for expansion.

FASTSIGNS has scooped another incredible title at the Global Franchise magazine’s Global Franchise Awards, adding to its long and growing list of accolades. The sign franchise was named the Supreme Champion for its successful global franchise programme that has taken the franchise to more than 700 locations spanning nine countries. It accepted the award at the International Franchise Association Convention in Las Vegas and was thrilled to have been recognised by a widely read industry publication.

FASTSIGNS was also named as the leading signage and visual communication franchise in the world and Ross Gilfillan, editor of Global Franchise explained why the franchise stood out to the judges as the clear winner.

“The 2019 Global Franchise Awards Supreme Champion was awarded to the category winner which — in the opinion of our judges — did the most in instigating a successful international expansion programme and done it in such the way it raised the bar in global franchising. Various aspects of FASTSIGNS’ entry impressed the judges, including relationship building, global intention, marketing, and the advancement in the cause of international franchising.”

CEO Catherine Monson accepted the awards and expressed how pleased the franchise was with the accolade.

“We are honoured to be recognised by Global Franchise for our excellence in international franchising and the success we have achieved in the sign, graphics, and visual communications segment. I am a fervent advocate of franchising and constantly work toward raising the bar for what FASTSIGNS can achieve and the impact the franchising industry can have worldwide. Thank you for this prestigious recognition.”

The franchise is continuing to seek new master franchisees for additional territories across the globe, with countries including New Zealand, Brazil and India high on its hit list. FASTSIGNS offers a unique opportunity to those who are looking to get involved with the franchise, as owners of any existing signage or graphic design stores can co-brand their locations, meaning their recognised brand can exist alongside the internationally respected FASTSIGNS name.
