Fastsigns has introduced two new franchisees into its network, who have launched branches in the South of England.

The new sign franchises will be based in Brighton and St Albans and will bring the total number of Fastsigns units to 24.

Lekan Animashaun will run the 209-square-metre Brighton centre, which opened its doors in September and employs three staff members. The branch will offer customers all of Fastsigns’ high-quality products, from exterior building signs and Covid-19 warnings to digital signage and vehicle wraps. Lekan is looking to hire more employees in the coming months.

The St Albans branch in Hertfordshire was launched last month by Lee Simpson. He signed a Co-Brand Partnership to offer Fastsigns’ range of products alongside his own in his photographic reproduction business, SIM Imaging. The alliance should give the ambitious entrepreneur the chance to reach a larger share of customers, with services including large-format printing, wall graphics and digital options.

The signage franchise’s UK Managing Director John Davies said,

“It’s certainly been a challenging year for the nation, so it’s great to be able to celebrate some fantastic successes. We’re delighted to welcome Lekan and Lee to the Fastsigns UK network. They both bring a wealth of business expertise to their new centres.

“Both centres are in prime locations further cementing our reach across the South of the UK and I am confident that Lekan, Lee and their teams will go from strength to strength over the coming months.”

The two new franchisees are joining a franchise with a highly successful business model. In fact, no fewer than four other units are celebrating their 25th anniversary with Fastsigns this year. John added,

“Each of these centres provides a wealth of experience and vital resources for the newer centres, such as Brighton and St Albans, by acting as mentors and advisors to share their knowledge.”

According to the MD, the businesses’ longevity is “testament to all the hard work they and their teams have put into providing an excellent service to all their customers over the years”.
