EweMove is the UK’s fastest selling agent

EweMove agents have the shortest end-to-end sales time from initial instruction to completion in the industry.
The estate agent and property franchise, EweMove commissioned research by estate agency analysts Twenty EA, which found that its standard time from receiving a listing to its completion was 146 days in 2018; more than 20 days quicker than the industry’s average of 169.
The analysis also revealed that EweMove agents complete a larger amount of sales than average agents; 70 percent, compared to the national average of 57.8 percent.
EveMove says that the analysis indicates that, for a typical property being marketed at £250,000, it gets an average of £2,200 more per sale than the average estate agent.
On top of all this, the hybrid estate agency had the highest growth in new listings last year - at 33.3 percent.
Nick Neill, Managing Director of EweMove, said: “We are proud of the report’s findings. So now the time has come to no longer apologise for what we stand for and our Ewenice the green sheep logo.”
When the franchise launched back in 2013, it was ridiculed for prioritising exceptional customer service and going the extra mile for its clients. It was also mocked for having a green sheep as a logo.
“The Industry thought we were a joke, that they had it all sewn up and the way they did things was good enough.” Neill continued: “We’ve earned the right to announce ‘we’re getting it right’.
“We are profitable and we have never had, nor intend to have, investor debt to burn through, as we’d rather ensure our people have a sound and solid business model with a strong brand to ensure their longevity in a tough market.
“Our franchisees are in control of their own futures, which can’t be said for agency employees.”
The franchise is only set to become even more successful. Head to the client page for more details about investing in this lucrative franchise opportunity.
