EweMove franchise sees enormous growth in portfolio

EweMove franchise has seen an astonishing jump in its sales and lettings portfolio in just one year.

Estate agency franchise EweMove has been celebrating the fantastic year that its Cheadle Hulme branch has had. Franchisees Matt and Andrea Markham saw their lettings and sales portfolio grow by 337 percent in just 12 months.

After opening the franchise in Cheadle Hulme, Greater Manchester, in January 2017, the Markhams have seen business boom in their short time as franchisees. As well as their expert management and commitment to making their new business a success, the boost to business has been contributed to by the acquisition of sister company Martin & Co’s lettings portfolio, from its nearby Wilmslow branch.

Markham expressed how thrilled he was at the success he’s experienced so early in his franchising journey. “Thanks to our early success in growing the brand and our portfolio, we also identified an opportunity to expand our reach within surrounding Wilmslow and acquired a lettings portfolio which has boosted the business’s growth.”

He added that he felt his franchisor’s brand had become very successful with local residents. “What’s particularly surprising for us ‘newbies’ is how well received the quirky EweMove brand has been with customers and the local public, particularly as it does very much stand out in contrast to the more traditional agencies” he adds.
